Customer Guide

This guide is for customer users who log in to Fleetrix to place and review orders.

1. Login

  1. Open the client login page.
  2. Enter the email and password provided by the tenant team.
  3. If login fails, contact the tenant administrator.

2. Place New Order

  1. Open New Order.
  2. Select customer company and department if shown.
  3. Enter service date and service time.
  4. Enter pickup address and drop-off address.
  5. Fill passenger details if required.
  6. Select add-ons if needed.
  7. Review and submit.

3. Passenger Details

Passenger details may include:

  • passenger name;
  • contact country code and phone number;
  • identification type and number;
  • remarks or special requests.

Use accurate phone numbers because the tenant team may use them for WhatsApp service updates.

4. Quotation Response

If a quotation link is sent:

  1. Open the public quotation link.
  2. Review line items, service details, and total.
  3. Click Accept or Reject.
  4. Confirm the response.

Accepted quotation status does not replace operational order acceptance. The tenant team still manages order status separately.

5. Order Status

StatusMeaning
SubmittedOrder has been submitted and is waiting for tenant review.
AcceptedTenant accepted the order for operation.
RejectedTenant rejected the order.
CompletedService is completed.
CancelledOrder was cancelled.
TerminatedService started but did not complete all planned stops.

6. Billing Documents

Depending on tenant settings, customer users may view invoices, credit notes, and receipts from their portal or through shared links.

For billing disputes, contact the tenant finance team and quote the document number.
