Tenant Administration

Tenant Administration covers organization settings, access control, profile templates, communication templates, customer setup, and operational configuration.

1. Organization and Access Control

Use Organization -> Access Control to control module access.

Recommended restrictions:

  • finance cost visibility only for finance/admin users;
  • quotation sending only for authorized users;
  • fuel sync and cost recalculation only for admin or operations lead;
  • payables and receivables only for finance users.

2. Departments

Departments are used for:

  • customer default department;
  • driver roster and dispatch filtering;
  • staff and driver assignment;
  • reporting and operational grouping.

Keep department names clear and avoid duplicate operational meanings.

3. Profile Templates

Profile includes document and message templates.

  • customer ID and short name;
  • default department;
  • billing terms;
  • contact details;

6. User Maintenance

Tenant admins should regularly review:

  • active staff accounts;
  • driver accounts;
  • customer users;
  • access permissions;
  • suspended/resigned users.

Disable accounts that no longer require system access.
