Tenant Portal Overview
The Tenant Portal is the daily workspace for customer operations, order management, dispatch, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and reporting. Tenant users should start from the dashboard, then work by module based on their role and permissions.

Recommended Setup Sequence
- Confirm departments and access control in
Organization. - Create customer companies and default departments.
- Create customer login credentials if the customer will place orders directly.
- Configure order settings, add-ons, surcharges, packages, and billing templates.
- Start order creation and quotation workflow.
- Generate invoices and receive payments through the finance flow.
Permission Principle
Only tenant admins should manage credentials, billing settings, cost visibility, and access control. Operational staff should receive only the modules needed for their daily work.
